Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. In the absence of 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full cost of your treatment, unless we are able to fill your appointment with another client, in which case, you will not be charged. If you are needing to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. The more time we have, the more chance we have of filling your appointment. If it is after hours, an email as well as a phone call increases the chance that we will get your message and have time to refill the appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: Insurance Companies can NOT be billed for a short notice cancellation or NO SHOW visit.

Important: For illness during the COVID 19 pandemic, we are waving cancellations fees for illness and clients experiencing COVID symptoms. If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing any symptoms, we kindly ask that you call in and reschedule your appointment. If you are returning from travel, please adhere to the governments required 14 day self quarantine and reschedule your appointment to at least 14 days from your return. Again, we will happily reschedule these appointments at no charge.
