In the absence of 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full cost of your treatment, unless we are able to fill your appointment with another client, in which case, you will not be charged. If you are needing to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. The more time we have, the more chance we have of filling your appointment. It is recommended that you see your doctor immediately after any Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), before getting any other treatment.
Even though you should see your doctor before getting any treatment for a MVA, you don’t need a doctor’s note to get insurance coverage for treatment, although it is a good thing to have on file.
Even without a doctor’s note, you can generally still begin treatment.
Be sure to bring along any insurance information for direct billing. If you feel you will need water, we recommend bringing along a water bottle.
We recommend comfortable clothing.
This varies from person to person. Some clients prefer to partially disrobe, others will prefer to fully disrobe. Either is okay. Areas not being treated will be draped with sheets in order to maintain modesty during your treatment session. Your comfort is of utmost importance.
