Mellen Jay, RMTRegistered Massage Therapist

Mellen is Canada's highest certified female snowboard instructor, and works full time in both northern and southern hemisphere winters. Mellen has been an RMT since 2012, working as a RMT between winters and has taught physiology at a massage college. Mellen moved to the Okanagan in 2004, first to Silver Star and then to Big White.  Over 22 years as a professional snowboard instructor, as well as a recreational Ironman triathlete she find the best outcomes in healing, injury prevention, pain management and general well-being come from a pre-habilitation and rehabilitation routine that includes massage therapy.
